Analysis of tax burden allocation within a Chinese group of companies

We scrutinized the costs incurred by a group of entities forming part of a major Chinese holding company. We examined the structure of their income and expenses to identify potential areas for optimizing the tax burden. Then we developed a cost adjustment model that factored in the specific characteristics of each company to help it achieve optimal profitability while ensuring compliance with the Russian and international tax legislation.
