As a legal entity, AO Business Solutions and Technologies (hereinafter also referred to as "we", "us", "our" or the "Operator") complies with the relevant confidentiality requirements.


This Privacy Statement sets out how we will collect, process, store, and protect information about you we receive via (1) any pages of the website www.delret.ru and/or its subdomains, with respect to which this Privacy Statement is released (collectively referred to as the "Website"), or (2) any other interactions with you relating to the Operator’s communications — such as, without limitation, online or offline newsletters and magazines that reference this Privacy Statement ("Communication" or "Communications"). By using the Website or continuing to receive Communications, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Statement.


This Privacy Statement also contains information about when we share your personal data with third parties (for example, our service providers).


In this Privacy Statement, "personal data" shall mean any information directly or indirectly relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).


We may also use the general term "personal data processing" to refer to automated or non-automated processing of personal data through operations such as collection/receipt via open web channels, including acquisition from third parties, recording, classification, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating or alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision or granting access to), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

We may collect personal data when you visit and/or use the Website or when you provide it to us (for example, filling in a form on our Website). Depending on the specific Communication you are receiving or the page of the Website you are using, such information may consist of:

(3) the names, number and types of the files you download from the Website;

We are authorised to process special category data strictly in the instances specified by Article 10 of Russia’s Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27 July 2006.


We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy. Our Website is not intended for the use by minors (individuals under the age of 18) and does not target them as an audience. It is not our policy to collect or store information about them.


Log records, cookies and web beacons


When you access the Website, we may collect standard Internet log information, including your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring URLs. Use of personal data collected via our Website

We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

(1) to consider and respond to any communication (request, suggestion, comment, complaint, testimonial) you submit to us of our affiliates, as well as to provide information services;

(2) to build a base of subscribers to our or our affiliates' newsletters, to build a base of subscribers to various events held by us and/or our affiliates, or to collect data via surveys conducted by us and/or our affiliates;

Access to the Website may be subject to review, monitoring, and recording at any time to help us confirm compliance with the applicable Terms of Use and ensure that only authorized parties are accessing the Website.


Legal grounds for processing your personal data

We process personal data based on the data subject’s consent, Russia’s Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27 July 2006, as well as other personal data regulations of the Russian Federation.


Where we are legally required to obtain your explicit consent to send you marketing materials, we will only do so where we have obtained such consent from you. If you do not want to continue receiving any marketing materials from us, you can unsubscribe from them.


Disclosure of information to third parties

We may transfer (provide, give access to) your personal data only to our employees, affiliated parties, and third parties that have undertaken to maintain confidentiality of any personal data received from us, including cross-border transfers of personal data to countries that provide an adequate level of protection for data subjects' rights.

We may also share your personal data with service providers in connection with the transmission of Communications. We may collect information using the functionalities of our Website and third-party Internet services, including, but not limited to, Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrika.


Information security

We use a range of physical, electronic and managerial measures to keep your personal data secure, accurate and up to date. These measures include:


  • education and training of the relevant staff responsible for protecting confidentiality when processing personal data;
  • administrative and technical controls to restrict access to personal data on a ‘need-to-know' basis;
  • technological security measures, including firewalls, encryption and anti-virus software; and
  • physical security measures, such as the use of security passes to access our premises.

Although we use the appropriate security measures once we have received your personal data, the transmission of data over the Internet (including by e-mail) is never completely secure. We endeavor to protect personal data, but we cannot fully guarantee the security of data transmitted to us or by us over the Internet.


Information retention

Pursuant to Article 5 of Russia’s Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27 July 2006, we will hold your personal data in our systems in a form that allows to verify data subjects, for no longer than is necessary for the processing purposes for which the personal data were collected, if the retention period is not specified by a federal law or contract.


Your rights

Under Russia’s Federal Law No.152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27 July 2006, you may have various rights in relation to your personal data. In particular, you have a right to:


  • be informed that the Operator is processing your personal data;
  • request that the Operator update, block or destroy your personal data that you think are incomplete, expired, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or do not meet the processing purpose, as well as exercise the legal protection envisaged by the relevant legislation;
  • contact the Operator to exercise and protect your rights and legitimate interests. The Operator will consider any privacy queries and complaints raised by personal data subjects and will carefully investigate and address all identified violations, punish the wrongdoers, and resolve any disputes or conflicts out of court in accordance with Russia’s Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27 July 2006. If a query does not contain all the relevant information required by the said Law or the data subject does not have a right to access the requested information, a reasonable refusal will be sent;
  • dispute the Operator’s actions or inaction with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction;
  • protect your rights and legitimate interests, including through seeking reimbursement of expenses and/ or moral damages at court.

Verification of personal data requests

To process certain personal data requests, we must verify your identity first. To do so, we may ask you to provide us with your full name, contact information, and relationship to the Operator.


Depending on your request, we may also ask you to provide additional information. Once we receive this information, we will review it and determine whether we are able to match it to the information the Operator maintains about you to verify your identity.


Third-party requests

If you are submitting a personal data request on behalf of someone else, please contact us by using the contact details below and furnish proof that you are authorized to make the request (e.g., a valid power of attorney).

This Privacy Statement is prepared in Russian. Whenever any translated version of this Privacy Statement conflicts with the Russian version, the Russian version will prevail.
